This is the blog for Gavin and Carrie Jones and family. We live in Papua New Guinea and are working to see lives transformed by the living Word of God through Bible translation. Gavin is a helicopter pilot. Carrie, who has her degree in Public Health, works in the lab at our busy rural clinic. Our son, Isaac, was born in 2004 and our quintuplets, Will, David, Marcie, Seth, and Grace, were born in 2012.

Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. The you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man. Trust in the Lord with all you heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight. -Proverbs 3:3-6

More super cute photos, Sunday night April 6th

Seth is clearly on the phone with someone.

Seth looks so much like my brother and me in these garden pictures!

Will put on one of his friend Matthias's shoes - wrong foot, oh well!
Marcie in Carlene's shoes

One of my favorite babies, Maya, LOVED this book as a baby. She would start yelling, "Go! Go! Go!" when she wanted her dad to read it to her. So of course I had to buy it for my kids. Turns out they love it, too - small surprise when dogs and cars are the main subjects! David especially loves cars now. Gracie loves all books, period.

Funny story: I took Marcie to Costco, and when she saw this puppy pillow and its accompanying blanket she went nuts. I was still debating whether or not to get it when she put her big slobbery food-filled mouth on it in a giant kiss. Decision made! Turns out it was a good one since all the kids adore both the puppy - barking at it, of course - and the blanket.

Will reaching for the Andes Mint he was attempting to eat while in the wrapper when I caught him redhanded in the above photo.
I unwrapped it for him and split it with him. I'm just that kind of mom. :)

David was ecstatic about getting to help me vacuum.
